REPRC
is the leading scientific and professional organization situated in Madurai,
Tamilnadu, India provides services on Assessment, Profiling, Research, Training
and Development. These services are for the educational institutions,
industries, corporates, communities and individuals etc. Our mission is to
advance the creation, communication and application of educational and psychological
knowledge to benefit society and improve individuals’ in personal, social,
academic and career perspectives.
In
our assessment and profiling wing,
we offer scientific assessments on academic, career and employment assessments
to various stakeholders. The assessments available with us are unique and
scientific, which will provide great result to the test administer and test
taker. Profiling is an art of presenting the assessment report to the
individuals, employees, counselees, students, teachers and parents. It will be
in three different formats based on the purpose. If it is for the fellow
professionals like clinical psychologist, counselling Psychologist, Educational
Psychologist the report will be short and Technical in nature. If it is for
individuals, parents, teachers, HR managers the report will be given in two
format i.e. short and full report. Short report will focus mainly on the
recommendations to the individuals, parents and teachers on the
assessment.
In
our Research wing, we are
specialized in developing and standardizing Psychological tests that will be used
in all walks of life to assess individual’s ability, personality, values,
interest, aptitude, attitude and behavior etc. These standardized test and
tools can be used in different areas such as educational institutions,
Counselling Centre, hospitals, industries, etc. These tests can be used for
various purposes – academic screening, learning disability screening, employment
selection process for job interviews, to assess children’s ability in schools,
to assess people with mental health issues etc.
In
our training and development wing we
provide training on the following Themes - Leadership, Personality, Life
skills, Soft skills, Career Skills, Employability Skills, Happiness, Stress
management, Memory Training, Academic Personal and Social Development, etc to
various stake holders.
